End of November 2017, I published my review of the Swanicoco A.C Free A.C Control Care Skintoner. Today, I’d like to share with you my review of it’s counterpart, the Swanicoco A.C Free A.C Control Care Emulsion. I decided to make a separate review because I wanted to test this out a little longer. Without further ado, here’s the product review.
I’m a big fan of cleansing, particularly second cleansing. Reading about the raved products of Benton, I took a chance and applied when I learned that Benton was looking for testers/reviewers for their new product, Benton Dear My Best Friend Bar. So happy and thankful that I got this opportunity. I was sent one full sized BF bar and a couple of samples of their moisturizer and sun creams.
Swanicoco is known for their natural biotechnology research and using natural and fermented extracts in their products. They have always been an intriguing brand to me that’s why I was so ecstatic when I learned that I got chosen to be part of the Swans2 Project. I’ve first seen them on Althea Korea but it looks like Althea doesn’t carry the brand anymore. You can check out their products on w2beauty.com here.
I was sent some products from the A.C Control Care line which is formulated to control sebum, manage pores, soothe and smooth the skin. I’ll be reviewing the A.C Free A.C Control Care Skintoner on this blog post.
I first learned of the brand b.liv when I saw posts from other members of the #abcommunity on Instagram.
b.liv (pronounced as “believe”) was established in 2009 and created to cater to a strong demand for an easy-to-use and affordable personal skin care regimen. Their founder aims to provide hassle-free, fast and salon-tested formulations to everyone. They are dedicated to bring pores management solution to be the primary focus of their brand since they believe that healthy skin begins with healthy pores. You can learn more about the brand’s story here.
Now let’s go to the product that I’ve been using for about three weeks now. It’s the deep impact deep pores massage & cleansing emulsion.
I learned of the existence of peeling gels when I got samples of the Cure Natural Aqua Gel from one of the BDJ Boxes in the past. However, the price is over my budget so I searched for a more affordable alternative. I then came across the Innisfree Green Barley Gommage Peeling Mask on Althea Korea. My skincare routine changed since. 😀
I attended an event some time in May 2017 where there was an Etude House stall with some products up on sale. I was almost out of toner then so I asked for their best seller Wonder Pore Freshner. Unfortunately, they didn’t have stock at that time so I settled for their Wonder Pore Balancing Cream.
I wasn’t disappointed. I was really happy with the product that a week after, I ran to one of their nearby stores and got me the Wonder Pore Freshner to match the cream. I’ve been using the pair since so that’s more than enough time to tell you about my experience. I’ll try to make this short and sweet.
Hello there! 🙂 If you’ve seen or read my previous posts on Yuki Skincare products (Yuki Glow Premium Soap and Argan Tint), you’re probably familiar with the brand already. But if not, Yuki Skincare is a local brand which focuses on whitening and peeling products. They also have a growing cosmetics line called Yuki HD Cosmetics.
I decided to buy and try their PoreLock Foam Cleanser and have been using this for about 2 months or so.
